Layout: version 2
Version two features three different skins in respect to the approvals I was able to receive. You will find a layout for the manga, jdrama, and twdrama version of the relationship between Soujiroi (Ximen) and Yuki (Xiaoyou). Making three layouts for one website took a lot out of me, but at least I put in a lot of effort into a website I love.The manga version took me forever to make. I had no idea what images to make until I flipped through the Soujirou/Yuki part 4-5 times. This layout is the first layout I've made since my web-hiatus in September. The layout features both Soujirou and Yuki, which is a must in a relationship layout (at least for me), and I wanted to stay away from white for this layout.I was inspired by a random (old) magazine scan I saw of Rainie Yang. I wanted to make the layouts have a "cut out" feeling, which is something I have never done before, at least I don't recall using that technique before. Everything was coded in Araneae and everything was made in Adobe Photoshop 7.0.The Japanese live action version was difficult to make although it looks very simple. They do not have much physical contact in this adaptation, but they do interact by talking, so I chose a scene where both characters were content and happily walking together. I struggle making layouts featuring people, so I wanted to go simple with this layout.
The Taiwanese version was quite difficult to make because I had no idea how I wanted the header formatted. Choosing images was just as difficult, but I did my best. I wanted to avoid a simple layout as I already made one, so I consider this the layout inbetween simple and complex.
